Paolo Fontana has a degree in Sociology from the University of Trento. He coordinates Euricse’s training area, participating in consulting and accompaniment activities promoted by the Institute.<\/p>\n
Within the Master GIS – the University Master in Management of Social Enterprises”, he is in charge of labor market orientation and placement actions for Master GIS students.<\/p>\n
Over the years he has developed specific skills in training needs analysis and design of complex interventions to support the strategic development of social enterprises and nonprofit organizations.<\/p>\n
He is the contact person for “Euricse Academy,” where he supports managers and practitioners in the third sector to find answers to their needs for professional growth.<\/p>\n
Paolo also actively participates in the implementation of European and international projects, where he nurtures his interest in the themes of innovation, skills and new teaching methodologies to foster cooperative and social entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n
