Michele Mazzetti holds a Law degree from the University of Trento, where he also completed a PhD in International Studies, graduating cum laude<\/em>, with a doctoral thesis on social clauses in European Union and United States free trade agreements.<\/p>\n

He is currently a researcher at EURICSE, where his work focuses on healthcare and social services, labour, welfare, and collaborative governance between public administrations and the Third Sector. Previously, he held a three-year research fellowship at the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Florence, contributing to Horizon Europe projects funded by the European Commission on issues including the working conditions of care workers, the role of the social economy in social inclusion, and the sustainability of public policies.<\/p>\n

Michele also holds teaching positions as an adjunct lecturer in labour law and social policy at both Italian and international universities, and he has completed a traineeship at the Legal Service of the Council of the European Union and worked as an external consultant for the International Labour Organization.<\/p>\n

He is the author of academic publications, and his principal research interests encompass national, European, and international labour law, social policy, migration law, and anti-discrimination law. Some of the most recent ones include:<\/p>\n
