Inspiring women from diverse backgrounds are actively participating in customized training programs focused on the Social Economy sector and local language courses. Guided by mentors who share their own integration experiences, these women receive invaluable support to enter the job market. Employment counseling services further enrich their journey towards meaningful employment. Building connections with employers in the Social Economy sector also creates tangible job opportunities for these women.
