This initiative is a pivotal step in achieving the twin objectives of raising awareness of public buyers on the benefits of socially responsible public procurement (SRPP) and empowering social economy enterprises (SEEs) with opportunities for expanded market access.<\/p>\n<p>On behalf of the European Commission, a thorough analysis of communication needs with a primary focus on public authorities and social economy actors is being conducted.
