Il consorzio coinvolge <\/span><b>15 partner in 8 Paesi europei<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con l\u2019obiettivo di promuovere <\/span><b>inclusione sociale, innovazione e accessibilit\u00e0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in contesti meno urbanizzati. Attraverso un approccio partecipativo e basato sui territori, ESIRA mira a rafforzare le politiche locali, i servizi e le reti comunitarie, ponendo particolare attenzione ai gruppi a rischio di esclusione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nell\u2019ambito del progetto, \u00e8 stato recentemente pubblicato il <\/span><b>Country Report dedicato ai territori dell\u2019Abruzzo e del Trentino <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">che si pu\u00f2 scaricare dal sito ufficiale di ESIRA (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esira.eu\/regional-report-abruzzo-trentino-italy\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">link<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EURICSE ha curato la redazione del documento nell\u2019ambito del Work Package 4, con l\u2019obiettivo di offrire un\u2019<\/span><b>analisi comparativa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dei fenomeni di esclusione sociale nelle aree rurali e di valutare le politiche, i servizi e le iniziative a sostegno dell\u2019economia sociale e dell\u2019inclusione. Il report propone uno sguardo approfondito sul contesto territoriale italiano, focalizzandosi sulle disuguaglianze socio-economiche e sui processi di esclusione nelle zone meno urbanizzate, analizzando al contempo le risposte pubbliche e sociali gi\u00e0 in atto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In particolare, il report mira a:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">investigare il contesto normativo e strategico nazionale relativo allo sviluppo rurale e all\u2019inclusione sociale; analizzare il concetto di economia sociale e il Terzo Settore, con approfondimento sulle imprese sociali;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">approfondire le caratteristiche territoriali, storiche, geografiche, demografiche e socio-economiche dei territori di riferimento;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">evidenziare i principali gruppi svantaggiati e a rischio di esclusione, tra cui persone con disabilit\u00e0, donne, NEET, immigrati, anziani;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">valutare il contributo delle organizzazioni dell\u2019economia sociale nella promozione di coesione e sviluppo locale.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019analisi si concentra su due territori pilota:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la <\/span><b>Provincia autonoma di Trento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, con approfondimenti sulle Comunit\u00e0 di Valle dell\u2019Alta Valsugana e Bersntol, e Comunit\u00e0 della Vallagarina;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la <\/span><b>Regione Abruzzo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, con focus sulle province di L\u2019Aquila e Chieti.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attraverso una metodologia integrata \u2013 che combina dati secondari, fonti statistiche e documentali, interviste a stakeholder locali \u2013 lo studio descrive le <\/span><b>caratteristiche socio-economiche e infrastrutturali<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> delle aree indagate, le <\/span><b>vulnerabilit\u00e0 strutturali <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(spopolamento, accesso ai servizi, digital divide) presenti nei contesti rurali e le <\/span><b>politiche locali attive<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (SNAI, PSRN, LEADER). Particolare attenzione \u00e8 riservata al ruolo strategico delle <\/span><b>cooperative <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e delle <\/span><b>imprese sociali<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, riconosciute come attori chiave per attivare reti collaborative e generare impatto nelle comunit\u00e0 rurali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il report evidenzia infine le <\/span><b>potenzialit\u00e0 inespresse di collaborazione<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tra enti pubblici e privati, organizzazione dell\u2019economia sociale e comunit\u00e0 locali.
