The aim is to understand which skills are needed today and which will be crucial tomorrow to support the growth of social innovation in Europe. The responses collected will feed into the\u00a0<strong>Skills Monitor,<\/strong>\u00a0a tool that will help social economy operators prepare for the major challenges of the coming years: green and digital transition, inclusion, and new models of social innovation.
