{"id":3145,"date":"2015-10-09T15:05:31","date_gmt":"2015-10-09T14:05:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euricse.staging.hgblu.com\/?p=3145"},"modified":"2015-10-13T14:28:55","modified_gmt":"2015-10-13T13:28:55","slug":"the-role-of-social-and-solidarity-economy-in-employment-generation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euricse.eu\/en\/the-role-of-social-and-solidarity-economy-in-employment-generation\/","title":{"rendered":"The Role of Social and Solidarity Economy in employment generation"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>A panel by Euricse and ILO for the 3rd World Forum of Local Economic Development<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Euricse will participate in the <strong>3rd World Forum of Local Economic Development<\/strong> (Turin, 13-16 October 2015) organizing together with the ILO the panel <strong>The role of social and solidarity economy in employment generation<\/strong>. <!--more--><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3144\" src=\"https:\/\/euricse.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Immagine1.bmp\" alt=\"Immagine\" width=\"298\" height=\"314\" \/>Social and solidarity economy (SSE) is one of the main &#8220;engines&#8221; of local development, although its role is not always adequately recognized in policies and governance structures. The aim of the panel is <strong>to analyze the local impact of the organizations of social and solidarity economy<\/strong> from a relevant point of view: the <strong>creation of jobs<\/strong>, especially for people and social groups who are, for different reasons, excluded from the traditional labour market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sandra Yu<\/strong> (Local strategies for Decent Work, ILO) will be moderating the session.
