The World Cooperative Monitor (WCM) is a project designed to collect\u00a0robust\u00a0<\/strong>economic, organizational, and social data about\u00a0cooperatives<\/strong>\u00a0worldwide. It is the only report of its kind collecting\u00a0annual quantitative data<\/strong>\u00a0on the global cooperative movement.\u00a0The publication reports on the world\u2019s largest cooperatives and mutuals, or groups of coop\u00aderatives and mutuals, including rankings of the\u00a0Top 300<\/strong> and sectoral analysis. The 2021 issue of the World Cooperative Monitor report explores the economic and social impact of the largest cooperatives and mutuals worldwide, providing rankings of the Top 300, sector rankings, and employment data. 2021 marks the 10th edition of this annual research report and continues the analysis on the reactions of cooperatives to the COVID-19 emergency as well as the actions they plan to implement in the recovery phase and how they are pursuing the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).<\/p>\n
