The report aims to thoroughly analyze the dynamics of consumer cooperatives in the province of Trento to understand the role of cooperatives in meeting the needs of members and contributing to community well-being.

Through collaboration between Euricse, the Trentino Cooperative Federation, and SAIT, the research explores the various strategies adopted by consumer cooperatives both now and in the future, while maintaining a balance between mutualistic principles, social function, and effectiveness of action.

Additionally, the report presents the research findings, outlining the distinctive characteristics of consumer cooperatives in Trento and identifying the different attitudes towards social policies and members, as well as the types of consumer cooperatives that emerge from them.
