Exploring the Social and Solidarity Economy for the SDGs: the online course
The UN Inter-Agency Task Force on Social and Solidarity Economy (UNTFSSE), in which Euricse is an Observer, has launched an open online course to raise awareness about the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) and its contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This course is designed to educate various stakeholders, including UN Member States, intergovernmental bodies, United Nations entities, regional governments and organizations, policymakers, academia and think tanks, development banks, civil society (NGOs, foundations, voluntary groups, etc.), the private sector, and the media.
The course consists of two modules. The first module focuses on understanding the concept of SSE and its fundamental elements. The second module emphasizes the pivotal role of SSE in promoting inclusive and sustainable development.
