Social Impact

Impact measurement and social reporting are topics of increasing relevance for social economy organizations.

With the ImpACT method Euricse supports nonprofit organizations in the production of social balance sheets and evaluation of social impact providing scientific support through comprehensive and dynamic tools. Moreover, given the growing demands of public and private funders, and in response to calls for tenders and public procurement, the ImpACT method is also adapted to social impact assessment of new actions, services, and projects.

Policy Analysis

Policy analysis is ever more important in today’s context of reform and attention to the social economy and Third Sector. The focus on social organizations, in particular at the local level, is increasing both in Europe and beyond.

The consultancy service provided by Euricse offers an approach to both laws and regulations that not only considers obligations and rules, but also the opportunities to foster innovation in the main local economic sectors: welfare, culture, tourism, environment, housing, etc. through a systemic and integrated approach.

Governance e stakeholder engagement

Managing a cooperative or Third Sector entity involves democratic engagement of the members and wider social base. The relationship with stakeholders, especially primary ones, brings with it resources but also management complexities. That is why it is necessary to find the most suitable strategies for pursuing the mission by catalyzing and leveraging the potential that can arise from the relationship with the organization’s social base.

In this context, Euricse helps map actors and build models of participation among key stakeholders, promoting efficient and inclusive governance models.

Regeneration and community development

The regeneration of assets and the management of services of general interest represent a new frontier for community initiatives. Local communities can organize and activate for the purpose of implementing new and concrete solutions to needs that arise from the grassroots.

Community engagement and participation, however, are processes that must be generated and guided with awareness, abating possible threats and seizing the best opportunities. It is precisely these aspects that Euricse can help structure, opening horizons and supporting development.

Innovation and networks

To foster social innovation and contribute to the creation and stabilization of cooperative networks, we encourage the construction of participatory processes, open to stakeholders that can bring skills and resources to the fold, maintaining consideration for the current welfare policies.

Either acting on already existing elements or opening new routes, we re-design collaborative structures and foster network-wide development strategies, providing the skills and operative tools necessary for the implementation of new ideas.

Strategic planning

Starting from the main vectors of transformation Euricse draws a framework within which it is possible to formulate wide-ranging operational strategies capable of intercepting and generating resources with economic and social value.

The collection of data and information derived from organizations and their main stakeholders serves to elaborate descriptive and detailed reports, shared and discussed during restitution meetings. Together with the client Euricse designs the process of change, highlighting the main drivers on which to act.
