In its role as a scientific and institutional partner, Euricse has overseen projects of strategic interest for:
- International organizations, such as the European Commission and the European Parliament, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the United Nations, the International Labour Organization (ILO), and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO);
- Local and national public institutions;
- Enterprises, consortia and federations in Italy and around the world.
Impact measurement and social reporting are topics of increasing relevance for social economy organizations.
With the ImpACT method Euricse supports nonprofit organizations in the production of social balance sheets and evaluation of social impact providing scientific support through comprehensive and dynamic tools. Moreover, given the growing demands of public and private funders, and in response to calls for tenders and public procurement, the ImpACT method is also adapted to social impact assessment of new actions, services, and projects.
The analysis of policies is a topic worth of consideration, because it turns the focus back on social organizations, especially on a local scale, thanks, in part, to the recent Third Sector Reform. The consultancy service offered by Euricse offers an approach to both legal and policy norms that not only considers obligations and rules, but also the opportunities that can be found and taken in order to foster innovation in the main local economic industries: welfare, culture, tourism, environment, housing, etc. It is a systemic and integrated approach that allows us to elaborate and implement impactful plans and designs.
Governance e stakeholder engagement
Managing a cooperative or Third Sector entity involves democratic engagement of the members and wider social base. The relationship with stakeholders, especially primary ones, brings with it resources but also management complexities. That is why it is necessary to find the most suitable strategies for pursuing the mission by catalyzing and leveraging the potential that can arise from the relationship with the organization’s social base. In this context, Euricse helps map actors and build models of participation among key stakeholders, promoting efficient and inclusive governance models.
Regeneration and community development
The regeneration of assets and the management of services of general interest represent a new frontier for community initiatives. Local communities can organize and activate for the purpose of implementing new and concrete solutions to needs that arise from the grassroots. The management of community participation, however, are processes that must be generated and guided with awareness, controlling possible threats and seizing the best opportunities. It is precisely these aspects that Euricse can help structure, opening horizons and flanking development.
Innovation and networks
To foster social innovation and contribute to the creation and stabilization of cooperative networks, Euricse encourages the building of shared paths, open to interactions with stakeholders that can bring skills and resources to the fold, constantly keeping into consideration the current welfare policies.
Either acting on already existing elements or opening new routes we re-design collaborative assets and foster development strategies for whole networks, providing the skills and operative tools necessary to the implementation of new ideas.
Starting from the main transformation lines Euricse draws a plan from which it will be possible to implement long-range operational strategies, able to both intercept and create social and economic resources.
We gather data and info from the organizations and their main stakeholders in order to draft detailed and programmatic reports, shared and discussed in later meetings. We also design, together with the client, a plan for change, highlighting the main factors on which they should act.
