Caterina Ottobrini

Junior Researcher

Caterina graduated in Economics and Management of Cultural Heritage and Entertainment at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, where she further deepened her education with a Master in Arts Management. She then obtained a PhD in Management and Innovation, focusing on social sustainability and actor engagement within service ecosystems.

She has previously collaborated with Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM) as part of the Agenda 2030 and sustainable development research programme and was research fellow at the Università Ca’ Foscari of Venice, within the project Observatory on Culture and creativity in Veneto, focusing on the analysis of the social innovation and impoact of independent cultural and creative spaces on the local territory.

Currently she is a junior researcher at Euricse, contributing to the European project ESIRA – Enhancing Social Innovation in Rural Areas, which aims to promote the social economy and improve socio-economic conditions of marginalized communities in rural areas.
