Ikigai Social Hub: final bootcamp
June marked the conclusion of the acceleration programme for the six teams selected as part of IKIGAI Social Hub, the initiative promoted by EURICSE in collaboration with the Pluriversum Consortium and supported by the Monte dei Paschi di Siena Foundation to support new start-ups in the social economy sector. At the final bootcamp in Siena, the groups presented their project ideas and shared the results of the programme.
The event also provided an opportunity for a round-table discussion on the topic of skills, moderated by Riccardo Pomarolli from EURICSE’s Training Area, with the participation of Legacoop Toscana, Confcooperative Toscana, the Monte dei Paschi di Siena Foundation, CGIL Siena, the University of Siena and the teams taking part in the accelerator programme. The discussion provided an opportunity to explore in greater depth the complex range of skills required today for the development of innovative and socially impactful projects.
