The first national survey of members of cooperative credit banks gets underway

Who are the members of Cooperative Credit Banks today? What motivates them to join, and what do they expect from their bank? These are the questions that the Members’ Project 2026 aims to answer, through the first national study dedicated to BCC members. The study is being conducted by Federcasse, in collaboration with the Iccrea and Cassa Centrale Cooperative Banking Groups and the Raiffeisen Federation, and with the scientific support of EURICSE.
The survey will examine the characteristics of the membership base, the reasons for joining, members’ relationship with their BCC and their expectations. The results may help inform strategies to strengthen and further develop their relationship with their members.
