Luca Guandalini
Luca holds degrees in Economics and Management from the University of Trento. He also holds a Master’s degree in Project Management for Non-Profit Organisations from the Social Change School and the PMD Pro – Project Management for Development Professionals certification.
Throughout his professional career, he has gained experience in business model analysis, management control, workflow redesign and the implementation of sustainability tools, such as the Common Good Balance Sheet, working with for-profit companies, cooperatives and non-profit organisations.
In academia, he worked as a research fellow and teaching assistant at the Department of Economics of the University of Trento. He has collaborated on European projects and coordinated local initiatives focused on social entrepreneurship, ethical economy and responsible consumption. He also provides training on budgeting, business management and financial and ethical education for schools, training organisations and volunteer service centres.
At EURICSE he focuses on strategic development and economic analysis in the fields of the social economy and non-profit organisations.
