A new report focusing on the commercialization of social cooperatives in Italy
A new EURICSE report focusing on the increasing market orientation of social cooperatives in Italy is coming soon. The research, coordinated by Prof. Luca Fazzi (University of Trento) together with EURICSE researchers Giacomo Pisani, Jole Decorte and Mirella Maturo, examines the growing trend of social cooperatives increasingly offering services directly to paying users, and assesses the potential implications in terms of mission, skills and organizational processes.
An online event to present and discuss the findings will take place on Thursday, October 29, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. (CET). The webinar will feature a presentation from the research team as well as from social cooperatives, exploring the opportunities, challenges and consequences of this evolving model.
