Co-operative model for agricultural enterprises
Our Secretary General Gianluca Salvatori participated in the seventh session of the working group promoted by UNIDROIT, an independent intergovernmental organisation based in Rome, which deals with the modernisation and harmonisation of private and commercial law at the international level. The objective is to produce an international guide to help people choose the collaborative model best suited to their context, with a focus on legal structures that facilitate collaboration between farmers, agricultural enterprises, cooperatives and other entities in the sector.
One of the three working areas is specifically dedicated to the cooperative model and features Hagen Henry, coordinator of the ICA Law Committee, and Cynthia Giagnocavo, coordinator of the ICA Research Committee.
