EMES conference: lifetime achievement award for Carlo Borzaga

The International Research Conference on Social Enterprises organized by the EMES network took place in Frankfurt in September. Our president, Mario Diani, delivered the keynote speech on social enterprises and social movements, and numerous researchers from Euricse actively participated by presenting the main results of their research on various topics.
During the event, a special Lifetime Achievement Award was conferred to Carlo Borzaga, accepted by our senior researcher Giulia Galera, in recognition of his significant contribution to research on social enterprise and his commitment to founding and consolidating the EMES network. Among the other awardees were experts and academics such as Isabel Vidal, Victor Pestoff, Roger Spear, Lars Hulgård (receiving the award for Marguerite Mendell), and Marthe Nyssens (receiving the award for Professor Defourney).
