ESIC: Skills for the future of Social Innovation

1 October 2025

From the 22nd to the 26th of September, EURICSE project managers Ilana Gotz and Maria Muriglio took part in the second transnational meeting of the European Social Innovation Campus (ESIC) project, held in Cork, Ireland. The meeting was an important opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and collaborate with partners from across Europe.
As part of the project, a survey has recently been launched for students, educators, and professionals throughout Europe. Its goal is to identify the key skills and knowledge needed to shape the future of social innovation. The results will feed into the creation of the Skills Monitor, a tool designed to help those working in the social economy prepare for tomorrow’s major challenges: the green and digital transitioninclusive growth, and new models of social innovation. We invite everyone interested to complete the survey and contribute to this important skills mapping effort.
