Euricse at the EMES International Research Conference

24 August 2023

The 9th EMES International Research Conference, taking place from September 11th to 14th, 2023 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, centers around the theme “Act locally, change globally: Social enterprises and cooperatives for more resilient economies and societies.” This event serves as a platform for global academics to collaborate across disciplines in social enterprise and cooperative research, fostering critical discussions. A notable aspect of the conference is the participation of several Euricse researchers, who will be presenting the main findings of their research, as well as a keynote speech by Euricse President Mario Diani on “Social Economy and social movements in the transition agenda”. Moreover, the conference will feature a special recognition of Carlo Borzaga, President Emeritus of Euricse and a prominent founding member of the Emes Network. He will be honored with a significant career award for his substantial contributions to the field.
