EURICSE at the Trento Festival of Economics

Now in its 20th edition, the Trento Festival of Economics (May 22–25) once again demonstrated its openness to emerging topics and alternative perspectives, including the voice of the social economy among its 300+ events.
Giulia Galera, senior researcher, and Gianluca Salvatori, Secretary General of EURICSE, took part in two high-profile panels, offering insights on the role of the social economy in today’s economic landscape. Their contributions featured in the sessions “How to Reconcile Solidarity Economy and Economic Dynamism” and “Social Economy: Why Profit Isn’t Enough,” highlighting the importance of more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable economic models.
