Strategic planning for third sector Organizations

Euricse will be engaged in the second edition of the Caritro Foundation‘s grant programme “Tra Dire e Fare” (Between Saying and Doing), supporting ten third sector organizations in the Trentino region in developing tailored strategic plans to enhance their organizational structure and strengthen their strategic planning capabilities.
Euricse will guide these organizations throughout the entire process, which will conclude in the spring of 2025, when the strategic development plans will be eligible for funding from Fondazione Caritro.
