Social reporting, impact assessment, sustainability

Social reporting, impact assessment and sustainability reporting are now essential tools for social economy organisations, both to meet regulatory obligations and the requirements of funders, and to support internal communication and strategic planning.

Social Balance

EURICSE supports third sector organisations in preparing their social reports through ImpACT, a scientifically grounded and flexible method designed to assess the qualitative and quantitative effects generated in the short, medium and long term.

The report can be produced in a standard version, based on comprehensive data collection, capable not only of meeting the minimum requirements set out in the Ministerial Decree of the 4 th of July 2019, but also of introducing the first structured impact indicators; or in a customised version, tailored to the organisation’s specific characteristics, featuring more in-depth analyses, stakeholder engagement and the definition of indicators tailored to the organisational and operational context.

Throughout this process, EURICSE supports organisations by providing methodological and operational guidance, whilst also offering the integration of digital tools and training modules. The service is aimed at both individual third sector organisations and networks and consortia, and is designed to adapt to organisations of different sizes, whilst always ensuring scientific rigour and methodological consistency.

Social Impact Assessment

EURICSE acts as the entity responsible for evaluating the social impact of organizations, projects, and services by developing dedicated tools and drafting reports designed to measure and interpret the changes generated for individuals, communities, and local ecosystems.

The methodological approach adopted is based on the Theory of Change, which systematically analyzes the relationships between objectives, activities, outputs, and impacts, offering a clear and coherent reading of the effects generated.

The Impact Assessment service includes ex-ante, ongoing, and ex-post evaluations, setting objectives, engaging stakeholders, developing indicators, collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and drafting evaluation reports.

This consulting service is aimed at Third Sector entities, organizations participating in calls for proposals with evaluation requirements, local networks and consortia, public institutions, and foundations.
