Classroom lessons for Master’s GIS students
Over the last weekend in May, students from the Master in Social Enterprise Management participated in two intense days of in-person lectures. Prof. Luca Fazzi opened the session with a reflection on collaborative welfare system designing. Visiting guests Martino Orler, manager of REDO upcycling, and Giulia Cutello, project manager, shared their experiences on the community social innovation projects as “Fuoricentro” and “La Portineria de la Paix”. Euricse’s Senior Expert Mirella Maturo led a systemic design workshop, where the trainees, divided into five groups, worked on different project ideas after looking into the analysis of needs and the construction of solutions. Friday evening ended with a convivial dinner, further enriching the participants’ training experience.
