A user manual for new food coops

Euricse’s new in-depth study on bottom-up entrepreneurial models is now available online. The report “Food Coops. Operating Instructions” is a practical and scientific guide for aspiring entrepreneurs, written by our researcher Jacopo Sforzi and Enrico De Sanso, founder of the food coop Stadera in Ravenna.
The manual describes the characteristics and evolution of food coops, including in Italy, highlighting their potential replicability in other context.
