New research reports on the way
In the coming months, EURICSE will publish two new research reports that describe the transformations taking place in the cooperative sector from different perspectives. The first, on the commercialisation of services by social cooperatives in Italy, investigates the growing trend of social cooperatives to target users directly as paying customers, offering an analysis of the consequences of this process on local welfare.
The second explores the strategies that agricultural and worker cooperatives operating in the manufacturing sector are using to address the challenges posed by the digital and ecological transitions, highlighting perceptions, organisational choices and maturity levels, and offering some reflections on governance models and implications for sustainable development.
