Antonio Fici
Antonio Fici is a lawyer, associate professor of private law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata and scientific director of Terzjus – Observatory of Law of the Third Sector, Philanthropy and Social Enterprise. For more than twentyfive years, his focus has been corporate law, with particular reference to cooperative societies and their consortia, nonprofit entities, third sector entities, and social enterprises, also with regard to the topic of social responsibility and corporate sustainability.
He has authored numerous publications on these topics, both pertaining to Italy and international in nature and has edited various research reports, including on behalf of institutions such as the European Commission and Parliament. He has presented at various conferences, in Italy and abroad, and coordinated international research groups. As a consultant to the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy in 2017, he contributed to the drafting of the third sector reform decrees.
