Paola Iamiceli
Paola Iamiceli has been President of EURICSE since June 2025. She holds a degree in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and a PhD in Civil Law of Obligations and Civil Liability from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ferrara.
She is a full professor of private law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento, where she also served as Pro-Rector from 2017 to 2023 and was a member of the Academic Senate between 2018 and 2023.
Author of numerous publications, she is also actively involved in international research projects on the topics of European law, fundamental rights, governance of sustainable supply chains, digital transition and artificial intelligence. In collaboration with Carlo Borzaga and EURICSE, she has particularly investigated forms of social enterprise in Europe, the Third Sector and business networks also in the social sphere.
From 2022 to 2025 he was a member of the EURICSE Management Committee.
