The research report shows the distribution of factors that influence the habitability of the city of Trent on a neighborhood scale, affecting the inhabitants’ settlement choices.
After providing an interpretative key to the concept of habitability, the report is developed through the analysis of a series of quantitative demographic, economic, environmental and regulatory indicators, referring to three different aspects of the phenomenon studied: socio-functional heterogeneity, socio-economic accessibility, and density of the distribution of services with respect to the resident population.
