The aim of this research was to evaluate the impact of employment inclusion policies promoted by social cooperatives, both within and outside the Unified Social Consortium G. Zorzetto (C.S.U.), on the public administration budget, with particular attention to a specific geographic area.

The investigation examined the characteristics of employment inclusion, the net benefits for the involved individuals and the community as a whole, comparing these benefits with alternative welfare interventions and assessing potential advantages for the involved municipalities.

In summary, the goal was to demonstrate, through scientifically validated methodologies, the effectiveness of consortium employment inclusion policies in maximizing the utilization of resources both from the public administration and the involved municipalities.
