Strategic analysis for Social Economy Organizations

In the coming months Euricse will work with five social economy organizations that chose Euricse as their consultant within the scope of the second edition of the “Next Generation You” a project funded by the Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation, one of the most important foundations in Europe. Euricse will assist the selected organizations in conducting an organizational and financial sustainability analysis and in drafting a multi-year development plan.
With Euricse’s support these five organizations will reapply to Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation to compete for a second phase of funding aimed at implementing the development plan.
