Strategic consulting and development plans

Over the last few months, we have been involved in numerous consultancy activities on different fronts.

In Bergamo we started a design workshop together with Innovation Lab for the young cooperators of the Sol.Co Città Aperta Consortium.
In Turin, together with Rete CAUTO we are accompanying the social cooperative Progetto Tenda in a process aimed at enhancing participatory governance and strategic development.
Finally, we continued our assignment as “strategic consultants” for Third Sector organizations that participated in the “Next Generation YOU” call for proposals of the Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation; in this round we followed four Third Sector organizations. For all of them we carried out an analysis of their organisational structure and a sustainability analysis, and then accompanied them in the drafting of a ‘Development Plan’ to strengthen their role and impact in their respective communities. The Next Generation Call for Proposals will remain open through 2023, and Euricse will continue to be at the service of organisations that wish to participate.
