Strategic planning for SSE Organizations

In recent months, we have been actively involved in consulting activities for social cooperatives and other third-sector organisations. Our primary focus has been on collaborating with Auser Como to facilitate their development and consolidation. Our objective has been to explore strategies that can foster a stronger interaction between third-sector organizations and promote collaboration between these organizations and local public bodies.
In addition, we assisted the the Consolida consortium in drawing up a strategic governance and management plan, with the aim to create and strengthen an effective network to support the ‘After Us’ initiative focused on the future of people with disabilities.
