Strategic planning for third sector organizations
In the coming months, Euricse will engage in two key consulting projects to advance social and strategic planning for third sector organizations.
Firstly, Euricse will play a vital role in the second edition of the Caritro Foundation’s grant program “Tra Dire e Fare”, which will aid 10 Trentino-based nonprofit organizations in developing tailored strategic plans.
Secondly, Euricse, in partnership with Erickson, will help the “Brescia Ovest Solidale” Special Agency develop the local “Piano di Zona.” This planning tool, designed through a participatory process with local stakeholders, will address unmet social needs and define collaborative actions. Euricse and Erickson will offer methodological and content support throughout the process, involving cooperatives, associations, foundations, and 16 municipalities.
