Study on the SCE Statute in Europe
The European Commission (DG GROW – Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship, and SMEs) commissioned Euricse to conduct a research study on the implementation of the Regulation on the Statute for a European Cooperative Society (SCE) in the 30 EU/EEA Member States. The objective is to map existing SCEs and to analyse the challenges related to the implementation of the regulation. As part of this project, Euricse will organise a workshop in Brussels on the 26th of September, to discuss the value of the SCE model and explore ways to improve and promote it at the national level and among potential stakeholders. The results of the workshop will be incorporated into the final report, which will include recommendations for future policy actions.
