The 2026 International Day of Cooperatives (CoopsDay) will be celebrated on the 4th of July under the theme “Cooperatives for a Peaceful World”, closely aligned with the ICA 2026 Global Conference, “Building Bridges: Cooperative Contributions for a Peaceful World”.
This year’s message highlights the unique role of cooperatives in strengthening social ties and building more inclusive and resilient societies, while also emphasizing their contribution to peace in an increasingly fragmented world. All the cooperatives are invited to join the celebration by sharing their stories using #CoopsDay2026.
