White Paper on food surplus donation

EURICSE published the White Paper on food surplus donation, produced in collaboration with Fondazione Valore and written by Gianluca Salvatori and Martina Bonazza.
The report analyses the role of surplus donation for social purposes in Italy, nine years after the approval of the national Law 166/2016. Through quantitative and qualitative research, the report highlights the fundamental contribution of Third Sector organisations in the recovery and redistribution of surplus food.
