International Workshop on Cooperative Law and Public Policy

On the 23rd of August, our President Paola Iamiceli participated in the International Workshop on Cooperative Law and Public Policy (ICA), presenting EURICSE’s contribution to the Legal Framework Analysis (LFA) project, which aims to map cooperative regulations at a global level. In her speech, she highlighted three pillars of the research – the centrality of law, the relevance of data and comparative analysis – and future priorities: monitoring regulatory developments, strengthening the international dimension and supporting cooperatives in their digital and sustainable transitions. The workshop inaugurated the Summer School on Cooperative Law at the Faculty of Economics of the Juraj Dobrila University in Pula (Croatia).
