Silvio Goglio
Silvio Goglio holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Trento and specializes in Political Economy from Istao in Ancona and in Social Research from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. From 1976 to 1985 he was a lecturer and then a stabilized professor and since 1985 an associate professor of Political Economy at the University of Trento. He has done research in regional development at the Department of Geography of the University of Durham (U.K.), the Institute of Economics of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Budapest, the Centre d’Estudis i Planificaciò (CEP) in Barcelona and the Italian American Institute of the City University of New York.
He is currently coordinator of the Cooperation and Local Development Research Area at Euricse and is a member of the Teachers’ Board of the Doctoral School in Local Development and Global Dynamics at the University of Trento. He is a member of the Editorial Board of several journals and Euricse’s scientific journal JEOD, The Journal of Enterpreneurial and Organizational Diversity.
