Gianluca Salvatori
Secretary General
Gianluca Salvatori has been secretary general of EURICSE since 2009 and vice-president of the first Italian Competence Centre on Social Innovation (ICCSI) since 2024. From 2018 to 2023 he was secretary general of the Italia Sociale Foundation.
He is also a member of the European Commission Expert Group on Social Economy (GECES) and an observer in the UN Inter-Agency Task Force on Social and Solidarity Economy (UNTFSSE).
Previously, he was involved in research and innovation as an executive at the Bruno Kessler Foundation, then as research and innovation councilor of the Autonomous Province of Trento, and was founder and president of Progetto Manifattura, a sustainability innovation hub.
