Starting from the assumption that the performance of the NPCs depends on the perception that the various stakeholders have regarding the achievement of the mission, this paper analyzes the case of the Volunteer Service Centers (CSV). The paper presents the results of an action research developed with 61 Italian CSVs. The aim of the research was to highlight the limits of the CSV management system and the impact in terms of achieving the mission. In the paper it is hypothesized that these limits are due to the difficulty of mapping the requests of their stakeholders by CSVs, therefore a model of their analysis is proposed, aimed at overcoming the current managerial limits of CSVs.
